Funeral Homes Are Taking Precautions for Possible Opioid Exposure

Many funeral homes are stocking opioid overdose medication in case their funeral home’s staff is exposed to opioids on a body.

The National Funeral Directors Associaton also recommends that funeral homes train their staff in recognizing overdose symptoms and how to use the overdose medication.
