Survey Finds That More Americans Are Choosing Cremation

A recent survey by Choice Mutual found that 44% of Americans prefer cremation as their end-of-life arrangement, while only 35% of survey participants prefer traditional burial.

    Huge disparities in these percentages based on city to city or geographic areas. Of our two funeral homes in two different states, one is doing 82% cremation (not a cremation society or low cost cremation provider) and the other funeral home is 85% burial. Both funeral homes are 220+ calls per year.
